We treat facilitators as partners, not customers. Most venues hand you the keys and a Wi-Fi password. We co-market your retreat to our list of 4,500+ past guests, handle every logistics line, and refund a portion of your venue fee for every spot that books through our channels. Two retreats a year here pays for the third.

Per-participant cost typically lands at €120–€180/night when you fill the house — comparable to a regular hotel, with a private team and a venue you can actually program. Off-season (Oct–Apr): ask about the 15% facilitator discount.

Facilitators ask
Do I take the financial risk on registration, or do you?
You set ticket pricing and take registration directly (Stripe / Eventbrite / your tool). We rent you the venue at the rate above. If you want, we can host the registration page and remit you the proceeds — useful for first-time facilitators who don't have a Stripe yet.
How do you co-market my retreat?
Your retreat goes on our site, into our monthly newsletter (4,500+ past guests), and into 1–2 Instagram posts. We don't guarantee fill — but for most verticals, our channels deliver 20–40% of seats. The rest is your existing audience.
Can I bring my own facilitators / chef / DJ / bodyworker?
Yes. Most retreat hosts bring 1–2 co-facilitators. Outside chefs and musicians are welcome — we coordinate kitchen + sound logistics with them. Bodyworkers can use one of the workshop rooms for 1:1 sessions during the retreat.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer (May–Sep) typically books 6–9 months ahead. Off-season (Oct–Apr) we can usually accommodate 2–3 months out. Hold the date with 30%, balance 30 days before.
What about insurance and liability?
We carry full property insurance. You bring liability for the activities you facilitate (most yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, and corporate trainers already have this). We can share our caterer's certifications and food safety paperwork on request.
Can the food be customised?
Yes — gluten-free, vegan, ayurvedic, raw, sattvic, kosher, halal. Tell us what you need and we'll build the menu with our chef. No surcharge for dietary needs.
Is there a minimum stay?
2 nights for weekends. 5 nights for week packages. Below that, see the Weekend Stay page or message us — we can sometimes accommodate one-night strategy days mid-week for corporate teams.
Do you host plant medicine retreats?
Case-by-case. We require licensed facilitators, on-call medical relationship, integration days, and full disclosure of legal status in your jurisdiction. We have hosted four; we have declined seven.
What if a participant has a medical issue mid-retreat?
We have an on-call medic relationship in Braga (15 min) and the regional hospital is 25 minutes. Our on-site host is first-aid certified. We brief every facilitator on emergency protocol before the retreat starts.
